{What's goin on...}

Lots has been going on. I have no time to post more pictures, but i will when we get to Texas. We are in Idaho with Shane's family having lots of fun. We went to Logan to spend time with shane's siblings and all the cousins for gavin and tanner. We loved it.
We have been running a lot. We are big time runner's now. I would say. Shane too. He is lookin Gooooooood!!! :) haha. I ran my first 5k since before i got pregnant. I ran it in 24:06. I am proud of myself. Tomorrow we are all running in a 40 mile relay where we each run a 5 mile leg. We have all been looking forward to this for a year.

The kids have been playing out in the pool and jumping on the trampoline and running amoch.

We all got the flu...well, except for me. How i missed getting it i don't know. Jaydon got it Sunday afternoon and was puking every 15 minutes for 6-7 hours. It was horrible. Then Gavin woke up at midnight. He had puked all over his bed. Tanner woke up an hour later needing to puke. At one point they were both over the toilet at the same time puking together. Gavin puked every 20 minutes for 12 hours. He got it the worst. I have never seen a bug so bad in my life. Shane got the chills, fever, and aches. I didn't get it, but i have felt pretty off for about 5 days. Everyone got it in different ways...puking, fever, etc. We are glad that is over with.

Tanner said to me oned day..."Where is it that we are going?" I said, "Texas." He said, "Do they have tomatoes there?" I said, "Yes." He said, "Aaahh, i don't want to go there anymore." I said, "why?" He said, "Because the tomatoes will blow us away." It was so funny. He meant to say tornadoes, but it came out "tomatoes".

Jaydon is walking so good. He is starting to get around really well. He likes to practice a lot by walking back and forth from one person to the other. But now he is just taking off on his own walking to wherever he feels like.

I don't know if i posted this yet or not. BUT we finally found a home in Texas. AND it's a 4 bedroom, 2 bath. 4 bedroom homes are hard to come by in that area....for a good price. But this one popped up and we love it and the area it's in. The one thing i am excited about is the kitchen. It's big. :)

Well, i also had my birthday, so i am officially 29 yrs. old, but i definitely don't feel like it. So, that is good.

We are heading out on a road trip on July 4th. We are driving from idaho to texas. That will be INTERESTING. All i can say is that we will be so ready to get out of the car when we get there. Gavin is good to travel with, BUT Tanner and the baby aren't so great. They whine a lot b/c they just want out of the car. And Tanner gets car sick so we will be keeping dramamine down him the whole time.

I have been having lots of fun with family, but will be excited to be settled in our home in Texas and get back into my mommy routine. We have been with family since May 12th....so we have definitely been having tons of fun and doing lots of things. The weekend over the 4th we are going to Bear Lake. That Lake is the most beautiful lake i have been to, so we are excited. If you haven't been...well, the water is clear blue. It makes me feel like i am as close to the caribbean as i can get. :) And coming from Lake Erie it's a HUGE difference. Here in Idaho they do fireworks on July 3rd, and July 4th, depending on the area you live in. Plus, we will get to see some in Colorado since we are leaving on the 4th.
Wish us luck!

Minnesota Adventures...

So, the day after graduation all three boys took off in the car with papa and zsa zsa to head to minnesota where they live. That same day shane and i and his family all head out to Niagara Falls and then to Palmyra where we stayed in a big home right on Seneca Lake for three nights. No kids. It was tons of fun. We went and saw all the church history sights and just had fun together. We loved being able to be just us without worrying about little kiddos.

One week and 1 day after graduation the movers came to our home and packed us all up. It took them 2 days and when they left on that second day shane and i cleaned up, said our last goodbyes to cleveland and drove to minnesota. We arrived at my parents house on Thursday morning. We were sooooooo excited to see our boys. It was so good to be back with them again. Zsa Zsa and papa kept them very busy while they were there without us. They went fishing, went to the park, went on lots of bike rides, played out in the yard with the dogs, played on the slip n slide, painted bird houses, etc. They had lots of fun. The boys would dig up there own worms with papa. Then papa hooked on a little trailer on the back of his riding lawnmower, put the boys in that trailer and rode the mower down the street to a natural spring where they would fish. They love fishing now. I can't say thanks enough to my parents for keeping them safe, keeping them busy and happy, and spoiling them and loving them. Thank you!

So, after we got there here are some things we have been doing that i have taken pictures of...
Here we were at the Memorial Day Parade in Austin, MN.

Here are all three boys bathing together. Boy does Jaydon LOVE getting in the bathtub. It is hilarious watching him.
Papa had lots of fun taking Gavin to the store and buying him a bike and helmet so he could ride around. He LOVES his new bike and helmet. He flies on that thing! It made me realize that something is wrong with the bike we have for him b/c he has such a hard time peddling the one we bought him. This one is so much easier for him.
Enjoying a popsicle out in the hot hot sun.
Slip n slide...Tanner is always trying to drink the water. He is very different from Gavin.

More slip n slide.

I still have so many more pics to post of other things we have been doing as well. I will get them up soon. I love it here. It is so pretty and we are sort of out in the country. It is so peaceful and relaxing. We watch deer everyday. There is a little fawn that was just born and we have seen it a few times. It is so darn tiny and cute. The doe has tried attacking our cat and dogs b/c they must get close to where she keeps her fawn and so she attacks. It is hilarious and entertaining. We can hear owls in the morning and night. My parents also have bird feeders out back and we get to see all kinds of different birds...swallows, robins, orioles, humming birds, etc. It is really cool. I so want to live out in the country like this one day. The only thing they are missing is a garden! I want a garden. :) Shane and I have been running a lot. We love being able to run TOGETHER. All summer we get to run together! I will be sad when he has to go back to work. The boys like to run now. I went for a run with them the other day and Tanner doesn't like to go on bike rides...so when my dad and gavin ride their bikes Tanner just wants to run. It is so cute. He is getting faster than he used to be. They also like to go downstairs and workout. They came upstairs today and told me that they "had a good workout". Gavin told me that he went 1000 miles on the elliptical. I love it.
Shane is leaving on Monday to drive to Idaho. Gavin is going to ride with him. Tuesday i am flying to SLC with Jaydon and Tanner. Shane is going to pick us up at the airport and then we are heading up to his parents house and then our next adventure begins! This summer is full of exciting things and it is already going by so fast.
To be continued...

Jaydon is ONE!!!

I wish i could photoshop these and make them look better! I can't right now though. Anyway, here are pics of Jaydon on his first Birthday eating his cake and a picture i took of him outside on his Birthday.

He ate his cake very delicately. He didn't DIG into it, but instead he used his two fingers and carefully picked small pieces and put it in his mouth. He loved it.

Jaydon turned ONE year old on June 1st! I can't believe it! My sweet baby Jaydon is one and sweet he is. :) We all LOVE this boy to death. He is so much fun and makes us laugh so much. He has LOTS of character! TONS! Here are a few things about our Baby Jaydon...

2. He says "hi"
3.He waves bye bye, sometimes with both hands!
4.He LOVES bananas!!! He pounds a whole one in a minute.
5. He laughs and smiles A LOT.
6.He shakes his head NO.
7. He is drinking real milk now.
8. He eats everything we eat.
9. He LOVES to play with anyone. He just wants to play.
10. He dances! Whenever music is on he bounces up and down to the beat and won't stop. If he is sitting down when the music is on then he will bob his head up and down! :)
11.He has walked 4 steps all by himself.
12. He LOVES his sippy cup.
13.He LOVES the water. He just goes crazy when he is in water. It is so cute!
14. He is very LOUD.
15. He says "night, night".
16.He has 12 teeth in. Crazy!
17. He says "dada".
18. He loves clapping.
19. He is wearing 18-24 month clothes.
20. I don't have his weight and height and won't for awhile, so i will have to measure him on my own.
21. He is CrAzY about FOOD. He loves it, if you can't tell. :) He makes lots of noises when he eats his food.
22. When i feed him something he pulls it out of his mouth, looks at it, and then puts it back in. He does that with almost every bite! It's so funny.

We love our little Jaydon. He sure does keep our home full of life.
